Team Workshops

Teams don’t get stuck because they lack ideas. They get stuck because something underneath, trust, alignment, direction, hasn’t been named yet.

We start there. Every trajectory begins with our own short questionnaire, scoring where a team stands on the things that actually determine whether it thrives, so we know what we’re working with before we design a single session. From there, we bring systemic and human design coaching into the room, using creative methods to make invisible dynamics visible: photo voicing, action painting, sketching, and other hands-on exercises, chosen to fit the team and the moment, not one fixed formula. Here, the camera and the brush stay inside the room, tools for a team to see itself, not a story built for outside stakeholders.

Voice

For teams whose communication has gotten stuck, tense, or too polite.

Shift

For teams navigating change, reorganization, or a new direction.

Kick-off

For teams starting a project and wanting to build the right foundation from day one.

Applied Workshops

Three practical audits, one session each. A clear read on where you stand — and, where it makes sense, the start of the bigger work.

Brand audit

For teams whose brand no longer matches how they’ve grown.

We go through your website, socials, and printed material together and hold it up against how you actually want to be seen. You leave with what’s inconsistent, what’s outdated, and what to fix first. When the gap runs deeper, this becomes the starting point for a full brand strategy.

Website Audit

For websites that need to be re-aligned with the goals

A practical look at your website through a visitor’s eyes: what’s confusing, what’s outdated, what’s not working. We go through the site live with your team and leave you with a short list you can act on yourselves. When it needs more than a fix, this becomes the starting point for a full website build.

AI Exploration

For teams who don’t yet know where AI actually fits.

Not a tool demo, but a look at your own process: what’s repetitive, what’s a bottleneck, where AI would genuinely help and where it wouldn’t. You leave with a short, realistic list of where to start. When there’s more to it, this becomes the starting point for a longer AI transformation trajectory.
