We start there. Every trajectory begins with our own short questionnaire, scoring where a team stands on the things that actually determine whether it thrives, so we know what we’re working with before we design a single session. From there, we bring systemic and human design coaching into the room, using creative methods to make invisible dynamics visible: photo voicing, action painting, sketching, and other hands-on exercises, chosen to fit the team and the moment, not one fixed formula. Here, the camera and the brush stay inside the room, tools for a team to see itself, not a story built for outside stakeholders.
